No Fear of Small Spaces
Challenge
Sometimes crawlspaces are very small. This crawlspace near Glenwood, Maryland certainly was. There was just enough room between the ground and floor to squeeze through. Laying flat on the ground, the floor above our crew was touching their back. This makes it difficult to maneuver around the space. On top of that, the home's pipes were running along the ground, which was a hindrance to our encapsulation.
Solution
Our crews have no fear of tight spaces and we know we have to get the job done! This home was no different. They dug under the pipes so we could fit our drainage matting and CleanSpace Vapr Barrier into the space to install the encapsulation. It wasn't easy, but with perseverance, our crew was able to army crawl through this crawlspace. It took a little more time, a little extra work, and a lot more sweat, but we were able to solidify this home and earn another satisfied customer.
