We do advise that, if problems were to arise, it is better for you to find them than for them to find you. To ensure that problems are solved quickly, or do not arise at all, we advise for you to always have your yearly maintenance done.
Question : Does the warranty transfer when I sell my home?
Answer : Fortress warranties do transfer from homeowner to homeowner. If you are selling your home, give us a call and we will send you a ‘transfer of warranty' form. It is as simple as that!
