A dirt crawl space is very unhealthy for a home. The earth has high humidity and this water vapor can easily move into the crawl space which can cause mold growth or foul odors to appear. Not to mention a potential insect infestation or small critters living in the crawl space. These creatures love living in damp environments.

The only way to safeguard a crawl space is with CleanSpace. The liner isolates the home from the earth completely and permanently. It’s made and looks similar to a pool liner. The bright white finished sides allow you to easily see that your crawl space is free of mold, insects and dirt. Small holes are drilled into the top of the crawl space walls, and nylon fasteners are installed to permanently secure CleanSpace. Then a wall cap could be installed to cover the top of the block walls and seals off the unconditioned outside and earth air from entering the crawl space.
