Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation - Madison Heights, VA

This home in Madison Heights was having issues in the crawl space. This area was taking on water and moisture, it was very concerning to the homeowners. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, our System Designer, Caleb Stone was able to come out and provide a free estimate to these homeowners. After a close look Caleb knew an encapsulation would be the best solution. Caleb recommended this solution to protect the crawl space from outside elements while also solving the moisture and water concerns in the area. Our Forman, James Elder Jr. and his crew installed these products that were needed to ensure a permanent solution.

This sump pump helps pump any water that comes in the crawl space out. he crew fills in around this sump pump with crushed stone.
