The basement of this home in Danville had cinder block foundation walls that had started to bow and crack. The floors of the home were also sagging and bowing, and there was water leaking up from underneath the foundation. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get those walls and floors stabilized before it became a more severe issue. Our System Designer went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install the CarbonArmor Wall Repair System. The CarbonArmor System is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and provide the potential to straighten walls over time. Fortress also installed SmarJacks to support the floors of the home. To address the water problem, Fortress installed a full perimeter WaterGuard with a TripleSafe Sump Pump System and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
