Stevie R. called Fortress Foundation Solutions after discovering moisture issues in her crawl space. Mold and mildew on the woodwork had built up, and moisture-saturated insulation was falling down. A System Designer inspected her crawl space and provided a free estimate for an encapsulation. Soon a Fortress crew were onsite installing drainage matting, SilverGlo insulation, and CleanSpace vapor barrier. The CleanSpace keeps out moisture protecting the wood joists keeping the space dry!

Falling-Down Insulation

This crawl space has falling-down insulation from moisture that was attracted to thee insulation. This moisture caused the insulation to become heavy and fall down.
