What made you choose our company:

My husband and I are so very thankful for and HIGHLY recommend Chris Guill and Fortress Foundation Solutions. Everyone I had the pleasure of dealing with at Fortress were top notch Professionals that kept everything on track and were wonderful to work with! The floors in our home were uneven, sagging, and we had Mold!! I contacted two other companies in addition to Fortress. The first company that came to my house rushed through the inspection and quoted me a crazy high price. Their representative was very pushy and kept pressuring me to sign a contract that same day. That made us very uncomfortable. The second company never even showed up! By this time, I was extremely stressed out and was losing sleep over the situation. Then came our savior. Chris contacted me a couple of days before our appointment to confirm and I immediately knew that Fortress Foundation Solutions was different…and this was just a phone call! Chris arrived exactly when he said he would and WOW!!, he really went above and beyond throughout the entire process. The inspection was thorough, and he was very professional and friendly at the same time. Chris took my phone calls anytime I had a question or concern, even on weekends and late evenings. He is a true expert in his field and immediately put me at ease with his knowledge. The crew that completed our project continued the amazing service that the ladies at the office and Chris started. They too were incredibly professional and friendly. A.J Looney, the crew foreman, answered all my questions before, during, and after the project was completed, while maintaining a great attitude. This man is a workhorse. The entire team worked hard from the time they arrived until our project was complete. Our encapsulated crawl space looks amazing, our floors are level again, and NO MORE MOLD!! We are so happy with the end result! We have since had another project completed by Fortress and was equally impressed. A couple of our friends gave Chris a call after we told them about our experience, and they are equally impressed!! My faith in contractors has been restored! If your house needs repairing or protecting, give them a call, ask for Chris Guill, and have Fortress Foundation Solutions take care of your biggest asset!
