Professional from beginning to end. Very Satisfied.

My first contact was with Kurt, when I called to inquire about getting help with my problem. He was both friendly and professional, and was able to set up a convienent time for an estimate of the work I was looking for. He took time to understand my issue, and made sure I had the proper person to come and assess my problem.

Skylar Beverage was the rep who came out to inspect and give me the estimate on the work that needed done. He took the time to listen to me, and understand what I needed done. He then worked up a plan to fix my problem. He made sure I understood all that was going to be done, and explained it in a way that I could understand. He took the time to answer my questions, and at no time did I feel he was rushing me, He had several different estimates, and explained what each one covered. We found one that fit my financial needs, and would solve my problem also. We agreed on a date within one week of making the arrangements. That was fas! This was my second interaction with this company, and both times, they were nothing but professional and courteous.

The day the work was scheduled, the crew arrived on time, and phoned ahead of time to confirm address and time of arrival. This crew were total professionals. The foreman, Gary Lambert, walked me through everything they would be doing, and again, answered many questions I had. His crew was well organized, and each had their own job to do. The men on this crew, Daniel, Rony Sr. and Rony Jr., never stopped moving. For a job that I thought would be impossible to complete in a day, they were done in record time. From replacing a house support pole, and stopping the leakage coming up through the floor to installing a sump pump in the basement to keep any water from coming in, each one of these guys knew how to do what was assigned to them. Gary runs a smooth team.

For as much stuff that was used for this project, the clean up procedure was quick and efficent. They even swept up my basement floor leaving it in better shape than when they showed up.
