Overall, an excellent job. We hope to have a healthier and smell free home now. So thank you for your business and overall professionalism. Concern: Miss Utility came out without our knowledge. They were going to spray our entire yard (1.5 acres). We did not have them do this and Linda apologized for the non-notification on their part. She said she would share with person who issued the ticket for our job. Clean-up could be better. Have blower or use hose to clean-up if necessary. Not sure if an extension cord is the safest method to hook up our dehumidifier. I know they had to make the dehumidifier level. If needed we could have had our electrician come out ahead of time or day of installation. Thank you.

Linda was very responsive and courteous when I called her with questions or a concern. They stuck with their schedule and did not switch days. She took responsibility for Miss Utility and apologized.

Danny did an excellent job of explaining products and our crawl space options. He was very understanding and helpful with all of our concerns and questions.

Foreman Izayah and Co-Foreman Austin, Conner and Sammy did an excellent job on cleaning out our crawl space and giving it a make-over. They were all polite, respectful, and friendly. Hopefully, the dehumidifier will help with smells and the awful humidity we noticed after installing our new HVAC system. Our one pvc pipe was leaking from the heater running. They shared this with us immediately so we could take care of it immediately with HVAC company and have dry crawl space (less issues). They were polite and worked with our schedule for appointments. Much appreciated. They helped us take a few things to our shed that we wanted to keep so thank you. They took pictures because I could not get down in crawl space with my bad knee. I liked that they all worked as a team. Thank you for letting us know when you were going to spray for us to leave and moving your truck a few times for us and the hvac company. Thank you for being cooperative and flexible with the hvac company on your second day. Thank you all for your hard work and being so kind.

Blacktop Driveway was left a little messy. I blew it off and took hose to it. Tarp was used to put garbage/junk on and clean out our crawl space better than in grass. We have dogs so trying to be safe for them and us. This was appreciated.
