Our Sump Pump vs. Others in Arlington, VA

This homeowner in Arlington, Virginia had been dealing with water in his basement. He attempted to remedy the basement flooding issue with an inefficient open sump pump. Not only could this generic sump pump not keep the basement dry, but it not being sealed properly posed other issues.
