Dry Basement with Hidden Sump Pump in Ellicott City, MD

Theresa I. of Ellicott City, MD, wanted to finish her basement for added living space. However, water coming in had made this impossible. After meeting with System Designer Riley Ethier, and having all her questions answered, she was ready for a dry basement! It was important to her to have the sump pump out of sight, so Riley found the perfect place - under the stairs! Now all of the basement can be used for added living space. Our system designers and crews work hard to accommodate customer's wants and needs as often as possible. Nick Mori and his crew took care of Theresa's home by installing a WaterGuard drainage system and Triple Safe Sump Pump. All water entering the basement will flow into the WaterGuard, will be gravity fed to the sump pump where it will be pumped out and away from the home. The Triple Safe has a battery back up and will continue to pump even if the power goes out. Now Theresa's basement is a dry, blank slate for her to finish the space she has been dreaming about!
