Challenge

The property owners in Charlottesville, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions do to concerns in the basement. The basement continued to get water in , and our System Designer, Scott was able to assess the situation and come up with a solution.

Solution

Our production team installed WateGuard trench drain system to help drain the water out of the property. They then installed a sump pump to pump any access water out of the basement. The final result is a dry basement with a system that will last years.

This picture shows before any work was done. You can see the damage the water has done.

In this photo you can see a wet nasty basement, with puddles of water from previous rain fall.
