Basement Waterproofing - Forest, VA
Challenge
This basement in Forest, VA was having some water leaking into it from the seams of the walls. When the home owner noticed this, they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to see how we could help. One of our System Designers Paul Heckman went to the home and provded the customer with a free, no obligate estimate. After that, he decided the best fix for this problem would be our Water Guard system put around the permimeter of the basement and als the help clear any water caught by that system, he recommended our Triple Safe Sump Pump.
Solution
It was time to begin waterproofing the basement! One of our Foremen Bobby Athey and his crew began the installation. First, the dug out the perimeter of the basement and put down our Water Guard system, which will catch any water coming in at the footer of the walls. Once that was done, the crew added a Triple Safe sump pump to redirect any water from the drain system to the outside of the home. When the crews were done, the result was a dry basement that would stay dry from here on out.
