Challenge
This home in Charlottesville, VA had issues with water coming in through the walls of the partially finished basement . These homeowners called Fortress to come out and take a look at the issue. Our System Designer, Paul went out to this home to provide a free estimate for a perminate solution.
Solution
After Paul did his assessment, he knew the best solution would be our WaterGuard system. This WaterGuard is placed around the perimeter of the home and transfers water into a sump pump. After the water goes to the sump the water is then pumped out of the house through outside discharge line. The final step is to lay drainage stone, and cement to give this a clean finish.
