Basement Waterproofing - Concord, VA
Challenge
This basement in Concord, Virginia had water coming into the area from the base of the walls. The homeowner wanted to have this fixed, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions. We sent our System Designer Ed Vest out to the home to provide a free, no obligate estimate. After the consultation, Ed decided that the best option would be our Water Guard drain system along with a Triple Safe sump pump.
Solution
Once the customer approved, it was time to get the ball rolling on the production process. Our Foreman David Bowers took his crew out to the home to start working. First, they installed our Water Guard drain system. This interior perimeter drainage system is non-clogging alternative to traditional French drain systems. Our system sits on the footer of the foundation, unlike tradition systems that sit in the soil and often become clogged. Next, the crew put in our Triple Safe sump pump. These two products work together to quickly and effectively remove water that has entered the home. The result was a dry, clean basement.
