Carbon Armor and Basement Waterproofing - Madison Heights,VA

Challenge

This Madison Heights homeowner was having issues with cracking in the foundation wall along with water intrusion. After calling Fortress Fondation Solutions, our System Designer, Paul Heckman was able to go out to this home and provide an estimate for a free estimate.

Solution

After a thorough look at the home, Paul knew the best solution would be our Carbon Armor strips. These strips are applied to the wall with a strong adhesive. These strips work for smaller cracks in the foundation. Paul also suggested our WaterGuard system. This system is installed around the perimiter of the home and allows water to be pumped out of the home through a sump pump. The result is a dry, water free basement.

In this photo you can see we applied our clean space wall to help cover the carbon armor while also giving a clean and bright finish. You can also see we have installed the WaterGuard to the perimeter of the area.

In this photo you can see we covered the area with smooth, clean cement to give this basement not only a beautiful finish, but also the best system for water intrusion.
