Basement Waterproofing - Rockingham, VA
Challenge
This basement in Rockingham, Virginia had some water seepage occurring. The water was coming through the cinderblock walls. The homeowner called Fortress Foundation Solutions to resolve their wet basement issues. One of our System Designers Robert Briggs went out to the home and looked over the basement with the homeowner. He decided the best solution would to install our Super Sump Plus and Clean Space vapor barrier on the walls.
Solution
Once the customer approved, we sent our Foreman Brian Davis and his crew to begin the work. First, the installed our Super Sump Plus which has a pump alarm on it that sounds automatically when water reaches a level above the point where the pump should normally turn on. Then the crew put up our Clean Space vapor barrier to fully seal the basement walls from mositure. The customer was so happy they could now have a dry basement!
