Basement Waterproofing - Evington, VA
Challenge
This home in Evington, VA was having issues with water making its way into the home. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to assess the situation. Our System Designer, Chris Wilmouth was able to go out to this home and provide a free no obligate estimate. After Chris looked at this home, he knew the best solution was to install out WaterGuard system.
Solution
Our Foreman, David and his crew installed this system. They began by prepping the area for the WaterGuard to lay on the footer. While prepping the area for the WaterGuard, they also prepped the area for the sump to be placed. Once this step was complete they then laid crushed drainage stone on the WaterGuard and around the sump, then filled over that with fresh cement to give the basement a clean finish. The crew also dug areas outside for this discharge lines for the sump pump. The finale result was not only a dry basement, but a satisfied customer.
