Basement Waterproofing - Charlottesville, VA

Challenge

This home in Charlottesville, VA was having issues with water coming into the basement after rain events. Water intrusion can cause major issues if not addressed. Fortress Foundation Solutions was able to come out to this home and provide a free no obligate estimate.

Solution

After a close look at the home our System Designer, Caleb Stone was able to provide a solution to these homeowners. Caleb knew the best solution to this issue was to install our WaterGuard system.

This system sits right on the footer and directs water to a sump pump. From the sump pump the water is then pumped out of the home through an outside discharge line. Our Foreman, Jacob and his crew were able to install this system and leave these homeowners happy with not only our work but a clean and dry basement for years to come!
