Basement Waterproofing - Chatham, VA
Challenge
The homeowners in Chatham, VA was having issues with water coming into their home after heavy rain events. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions, our System Designer, Chris Guill was able to come out to this home and provide a free estimate. Chris discussed his finding with the homeowners and set them up with a game plan to fix this issue permanently.
Solution
The best solution for this home was our WaterGuard system. Our Forman, Charlie and his crew installed these products. The crew began by prepping the perimeter of the area for the WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump. Next they installed the system and ran a discharge line from the sump to the outside of the home. Then the crew filled in with crushed drainage stone and cover the system with fresh cement for a clean finish. The crew also place our CleanSpace bright wall to add a bright finish to this area!
