Basement Waterproofing

Challenge

This home in Rustburg, VA was having issues with water coming into the basement of the home. After calling Fortress Foundation Solutions our Appointment Center was able to send our System Designer, Ed to this home for a free evaluation. After a close look at the issue the homeowners were facing, Ed knew the best solution to this problem was our WaterGuard system.   

Solution

Our Forman, Aaron and his crew were able to install this system for the homeowners. The crew began by prepping the area for the WaterGuard and TripleSafe sump pump to be installed. Then the crew filled over top of these two products with crushed drainage stone. Fianlly the crew filled over the system with fresh cemnet. 

This system works to kepp water from flooding the basement. Water will come into our WaterGuard system and then go to the sump pump where it will then be pumped out of the home. 

The final result was a dry basement for years to come!
