Fix your water problem the right way - the first time. This homeowner near Vienna, VA had previously paid a company to fix their water issues from the outside. It worked for a while, until environmental conditions affecting the ground allowed water to come in once more. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions.

Solution

System Designer Eddie Salido was able to complete a full inspection and provide an estimate of an internal solution that would never be affected by outside changes and included a warranty. Our Fortress crew, led by Clarence Copeland 'Cope' installed his solution - a WaterGuard system with an Ultra 4 sump pump. For this process our skilled installers jack hammered a trench around the perimeter of the basement. Next, the WaterGuard piping and crushed stone were placed in the trench, and connected to the Triple Safe sump pump. The trench was then covered with cement and smoothed to the floor's surface. Any water coming in, regardless of outside circumstances, goes into the WaterGuard and to the Triple Safe where it is pumped out through the discharge line. Now, come what may outdoors, this Vienna homeowner is protected!
