Waterproofing in Dulles, VA
Challenge
A homeowner near Dulles, VA called - they needed a waterproofing system in their basement, including a sump pump. However, they did not want the pump to be noticeable or heard. This was no problem for Fortress Foundation Solutions!
Solution
System Designer Sonny Kingsbury, met with the homeowner and showed them our Super Sump Sump Pump that was powerful, yet quiet. He also let them know that the drainage lines could be installed under the concrete with no visibility. He recommended a WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. This is installed under the concrete along with the sump pump to keep the entire basement dry. Soon a waterproofing crew was onsite installing the WaterGuard, Super Sump Sump Pump and under surface discharge line. Now this Dulles, VA home is quietly prepared for rain.
