Jan W. from Point from Finksburg, MD, had water coming into her basement every time it rained. The walls were poured concrete so she did not think there was any way to repair this.

Solution

Tired of cleaning up the mess, she decided to call Fortress Foundation Solutions to see if there was any way they could help. The Flexispan is a flexible sealant that will never dry or crack and ensures a waterproof seal. It also 'flexes' with the movement of the basement walls during season changes. Installer Spencer Stottlemyer was able to put up the Flexispan in a few short hours. Now Jan's basement is dry again!
