Sidewalk Save in Manchester, MD
Challenge
Zach M., of Manchester, MD, had water coming in his basement. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. A System Designer completed an inspection offering a proposal. Zach wanted to have his basement water problem solved. However, he had a beautiful sidewalk made of pavers that he liked very much. The discharge line for the sump pump needed to go right through the sidewalk. This was something he couldn't compromise on and was a big deterrent.
Solution
Once Zach voiced his concern to the system designer, his mind was put at ease! Here at Fortress Foundation Solutions we make customer service a top priority - we call it WOW Service! The sidewalk detail was explained to the foreman before coming out to the project. He was able to bring the necessary items and complete additional training to prepare for the challenge.
