This Madison Heights home had a recurring issue with water seeping into the basement with rain, so the homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions for a permanent solution for this problem.
After having our System Designer, Sonny, out to assess this home and determine the best waterproofing solution, our Foreman Jacob and his crew went out to do the job. They installed WaterGuard along the perimeter basement walls, along with a TripleSafe sump pump. The WaterGuard will catch any water seepage before it reaches the basement floor, then drain any water to the TripleSafe where it will be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line. With these products working together, this homeowner will never have to worry about a wet basement again!
