Drainage Trench
Before the Water Guard Drainage System is installed the production crew drills a trench around the perimeter of the basement that the drains will sit in.
Sump Pump Liner
Along with the trench around the perimeter of the basement the production crew also drills out a big enough space for the sump pump liner to sit in the floor. This will make the sump pump level with the basement floor.
Sump Pump System fulling installed
This is a sump pump and water guard system fully installed.
Power Brace Wall Support Beams
The production crew installed these support beams to stop the bowing wall from turning into wall failure.
