Basement Perimeter Trench
A trench is carefully jack hammered around the perimeter of the basement.
WaterGuard Drainage
The WaterGuard is then placed into the trench with crushed stone. All water entering the home will be drained away to the Triple Safe Sump Pump.
Concrete covers the trench
Concrete is then smoothed over the trench. Once dry, flooring can be placed over top.
