Tim met with a System Designer who provided the solution, a WaterGuard Drainage System with an Ultra 4 Sump Pump. The WaterGuard is a channel drainage system installed in a trench around the basement perimeter.  Any water entering the basement flows through the WaterGuard directly to the Ultra 4 Sump Pump and is pumped out and away from the home. Now Tim doesn't have to worry about his belongings becoming moldy or damaged - his basement is dry!
