System Designer Riley Ethier met with her, explained the solution Fortress could provide, and offered her a free estimate. Eager to reclaim the use of her basement, she agreed. Shortly after, Clarence Copeland (Cope), and his crew were on-site installing a WaterGuard drainage system, Triple Safe Sump Pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. Now, any water entering the home is drained to the Triple Safe and pumped out. The SaniDry dehumidifier maintains low moisture levels in the basement, reducing the risk of mildew and eliminating musty odors. Now this customer is happy to be able to use her basement again!

First Step
Once the walls are prepared and flooring removed, our crew carefully jack hammers a trench around the basement perimeter for the WaterGuard.

The Triple Safe is our most powerful sump pump and has a back up battery to function if the power goes out.
WaterGuard Trench Complete
WaterGuard is set in the trench to drain water to the sump pump. The trench is covered over with cement. Once dry, flooring can be installed over top.
