Foreman Clarence Copeland 'Cope' and crew were soon at his home installing our WaterGuard Basement System, including a Triple Safe Sump Pump. Now Jerome and his family can enjoy their home without the hassle of water clean up.

WaterGuard Trench

A trench is carefully created around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard and crushed stone are set. Any water entering the home will flow directly into the trench and be pumped out keeping the basement dry.

Triple Safe Sump Pump

The sump pump is set into a pit. The WaterGuard will bring any water to the sump pump and it will be pumped out of the home.

Finished!

The WaterGuard trench is covered over with concrete and smoothed to the original floor. A trench drain is installed in front of the door so any water coming in when the door is opened will also flow into the system.
