Here at Fortress Foundation Solutions we make customer service a top priority - we call it WOW Service! A homeowner was very concerned about keeping their basement clean during an installation installation of CleanSpace vapor barrier, a WaterGuard System, and a Super Sump Sump Pump. Our foreman and his crew took extra steps to protect the basement. They sectioned off the part of the basement they were working on with plastic sheeting to ensure no dust or debris damaged the homeowner's belongings. The Fortress Crew installed the WaterGuard System by removing a small section of concrete at the base of the wall to create a trench, inserting the WaterGuard channel drainage system, then replacing the concrete they removed. The result was a clean and dry basement that remained dust free during the installation. We love to please our customers and give them a WOW experience!

WaterGuard Trench
A trench is carefully created around the basement perimeter. WaterGuard and crushed stone are set and the trench is smoothed over with concrete. Water will drain through this system to the Triple Safe Sump Pump and be pumped out of the home!
