Dan D. of Standardsville, VA wanted to put his house on the market, but knew he had to address a few concerning issues first. Cracks in the garage and sidewalk had formed due to past washout. He called Fortress Foundation Solutions. System Designer, Danny Camunas, met with Dan to perform an inspection and provide a free estimate. Dan agreed to his proposal and soon the PolyLevel crew was onsite. They set to work filling the void under the concrete to prevent further cracking and dropping. Small holes were drilled into the concrete at intervals and the poly foam precisely injected. The holes were then filled and NexusPro crack filler applied as needed. No more cracks in Dan's garage and the concrete is lifted and leveled removing any risk of tripping. Now this Horseshoe Road home is ready for potential buyers!
