Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Pool Deck Repair in Leesburg, Virginia
Chuck has a beautiful pool and pool deck in Leesburg, Virginia. The pool deck is a combination of exposed aggregate concrete (pebbled concrete) and brick that creates a unique and aesthetically pleasing layout. Parts of the deck were sinking and Chuck was worried about his kids and friends stubbing their toes and tripping. He was also concerned for the health of his beautiful pool deck, so he called Fortress Foundation Solutions for a free estimate. Our systems designer, Riley Ethier, conducted the estimate and offered Chuck a permanent solution! Our concrete repair specialist used our PolyLevel Injection Foam, which is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface. He then filled all the seams between sections of concrete with our NexusPro Joint Sealant. This prevents damage from water getting underneath the concrete where it can freeze and expand in cold temperatures. These pictures show the excellent job Mickey did! Chuck and his family were excited to be able to enjoy the pool area and entertain friends worry free!
