XLarge Crawl Space
Challenge
Our system design specialist Chris visited a home in the Bassett area with a huge Crawl Space. On the property was a house, garage, and pool all connected with the same Crawl Space for a total to 3,600 square ft. The homeowner was concerned with odors coming from moisture buildup under the house.
Solution
We put a three-man crew lead by our foremen Bobbey on the job. To fix the problem we added a vapor barrier to the 3,600 square ft. area and two energy efficient dehumidifiers. We left the house knowing this homeowner's Crawl Space will no longer be experiencing moisture issues and that any affected areas will now start to dry out. By doing this we have prevented any moisture built up from continuing while also protecting the Crawl Space from incests and rodents. This homeowner was happy that we were able to get the job done quickly and most importantly correctly.
