Challenge

This homeowner in Bethesda, MD called Fortress Foundation Solutions with concerns of mold and musty smells coming from under thier home. Our System Designer, Jordan was able to go out an provide a solution to this issue. Jordan concluded that our Clean Space vapor barrier was the best solution for this crawl space.

Solution

Our Foreman, Nick and his crew went out to this home and began leveling the dirt in the crawl space out. Once the crawlspace was leveled they began to do the necessary work to the crawl space. They laid the Clean Space out and took care of the mold issue. Once these products were laid, we also installed out Sanidry Dehumidifier to alleviate the moisture in the crawl space that caused the mold.
