Crawl Space Encapsulation - Walkersville, MD
Challenge
This home in Walkersville,MD was having issues with water coming into the crawl space. The homeowners wanted to stop this issue before it became even larger. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this issues resolved. Our System Designer Jordan went out to this home to provide a free estimate. After evaluating the issue at hand, Jordan new the best solution would be to install our Clean Space vapor barrier. This product is a white barrier that protect the area from receiving any water. Jordan also suggested our SilverGlo. SilverGlo acts as insulation in the crawlspace while give a clean finish.
Solution
Our Foreman and his crew went out to this home to begin work. They began by leveling the crawl space and laying down the vapor barrier. They installed the SilverGlo to the wall and taped that to the Clean Space barrior. The fial result was a bright and clean cralspace that is free of water for years to come.
