Challenge

This home in Gaithersburg,MD was having issues with water intrusion in this home. The homeowners noticed after every rainfall water comes coming into the crawlspace. They wanted to fix this issue before it caused further damage. Fortress was able to come out and provide a free no obligate estimate.

Solution

Our System Designer, Jordan went out to this home to provide an estimate. Jordan concluded that the best solution for this home would be an encapsulation of the crawlspace. The encapsulation for this home involved our CleanSpace vappor barrier, Smart Sump sump pump, and our Sanidry Dehumidifier. Our Foreman, Nick and his crew went to this home to install these produts. The final result was a clean and bright crawlspace.
