The crawl space of this home in Bedford was damp and musty, and needed some help! The homeownes called Fortress Foundation Solutions to solve this issue.
Solution
Our System Designer, Jamey Elder, went out to this assess this crawl space and recommended that the best solution would be to install a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, along with a SmartSump sump pump and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier.
Our CleanSpace vapor barrier is designed to permanently prevent moisture and outside air from getting into your crawlspace. Together, these products will ensure that this crawl space will remain clean and dry!
Our crew began the instaltion by leveling out the crawl space and cleaning it out. They dug a while for the SmartSump and ran the lines for the water to be pumped out. Then they laid the CleanSpace and tapped that to the walls. The final result was a clean bright area!
