Crawl Space Encapsulation - Rustburg,VA
Challenge
This home in Rustburg, VA was having issues with water coming into their crawlspace. They wanted to get this issue resolved as fast and as accurately as possible, so they called Fortress Foundation Solutions to fix this issue. Our System Designer, Scott went out to this home to provide a free estimate. Scott knew the best solution to the issue these homeowners were facing was a total encapsulation.
Solution
Our Foreman, Aaron and his crew went out to this home. The crew installed our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier to protect the crawlspace from the outside elements. To control the water coming into the crawlspace, our crew installed our Smart Sump. The sump pump allows the water to be pumped out the home through a discharge line. The crew also installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier to alleviate any moisture. The final result of this encapsulation was a clean and water free crawl space for years to come.
