Crawl Space Encapsulation - Huddleston, VA

Challenge

This modular home had a stone wall for underpinning. The homeowners were experiencing some mositure getting into the crawl space and they really just wanted to encapsulate it to avoid any future problems. They called Fortress Foundation Solutions to complete this task for them. 

Solution

After our System Designer Paul Heckman went to the home and provided the homeowners with a free estimate, he decided the best thing for them was our Clean Space vapor barrier. This would seal off any possible moisture from getting into the crawl space. It also keeps any rodents or insects out of the area as well. 

  The next step was to get the project completed. Our foreman Charlie Evans and his crew went to the home to start the installation. Another great thing about the Clean Space liner is that it is super easy to install. Once the crew was done installing the vapor barrier, the homeowners were very pleased and happy knowing that their crawl space was clean and dry. With our 25 year warranty this also gave them that reassurance that every homeowner needs to have!
