Challenge
This home in Lexington,VA had issues with sagging floors and a musty, humid crawl space. These homeowners called Fortress Foundation Solutions to provide a free no obligate estimate. Our System Designer, Paul Hecman went to this home to assess the issues at hand.
Solution
Paul knew the best solution for these homeowners was to encapsulate the crawl space. This would protect the home from the outside elements. We also installed our SilverGlo insualtion to keep out moisture and help regulate the crawl space. Paul also recommnded our SmarJack system to help add xtra support to joist.
