Challenge
This home in Dry Fork,VA was having issues with water coming into the crawl space of this home. The water was bringing moisture into the home. The homeowners also noticed mold in the crawl space. They knew they needed to get this problem taken care of as fast as possible.
Solution
After calling Fortress our System Designer, Chris Guill was able to come out and provide a free estimate. The best solution to this issue was a total encapsulation. The crew began by leveling the crawl space and taking out any debris. Then they laid down our cleanspace vapor barrier. This barrier separates the home from the outside elements. Once that was in place they installed out SaniDry Dehumidifier. These products together insure a clean and dry crawl space.
