Challenge
This Chase City, VA customer called because they were ready to list their home for sale, but needed to fix the water problem in the crawlspace first.
Solution
They were able to quickly get an appointment with Zach Bullock who completed an inspection and provided an estimate the same day. Charlie Evans, foreman, was able to come with his crew to regrade, install EZ flow drainage pipe and a SmartSump sump pump system to keep the crawlspace dry. A dry crawlspace is at the top of home buyer's lists, making this home easier to sell.
