Challenge

This crawl space proved to be a challenge in several ways. It was suffering from water intrusion, organic growth, and sagging floors caused by high humidity.

Solution

Our System Designer, went out to assess this home and determined that the best solution would be to install several SmartJacks to prevent further floor sagging, along with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System.

Our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier System is designed to direct any wall or floor seepage before it reaches the crawl space floor, any water will then drain to the sump pump and be pumped out of the home. Together these products will ensure that this homeowner will no longer have to worry about a water intrusion. Our SmartJacks are designed to support the main floor of a home, utilizing the houses main support beams for leverage, in some situations supplemental beams may be required.
