Solution

Our System Designer Skylar, conducted a thorough inspection and recommended a tailored approach: CleanSpace encapsulation for the crawl space and PolyLevel with NexusPro Joint Sealant for the front steps.

For the crawl space, we installed CleanSpace Drainage Matting and sealed it with a durable, antimicrobial CleanSpace liner, transforming it into a dry, protected area.

To fix the settling steps, we injected PolyLevel foam to lift and stabilize the slabs, then applied NexusPro Sealant to prevent water intrusion and soil erosion.

These targeted solutions restored both safety and stability, giving the homeowner peace of mind and a healthier home.
