Prep work prior to installation
The crew partitioned the work area from the rest of the basement with sheet plastic to prevent dust and debris from entering other areas of the house.

Preparations and materials are brought in as the crew prepares to start the project.

The floor is taped and sheet plastic helps prevent dirt and debris from entering the other areas of the basement. Tools and materials are brought in in preparation.

Waterguard installed
The front of the basement floor was jack hammered and Waterguard installed. CleanSpace Wall used on front wall to keep moisture out. Power braces were used to stabilize the wall.
Windows and flooring nearing completion
With the Waterguard installed and the window openings cut and sealed around the perimeter of the ClenaSpace Wall, the crew is working to fill the floor with concrete and finish the area. In the far corner, the crew is also getting the Super Sump ready for installation.

The Super Sump is being placed in the designated area of the basement. The discharge line will run through the crawl space and from there will discharge outside.

The sump is installed and the area is ready to be finished off with concrete.

The concrete has been poured around the sump. Behind the sump pump you can see the CleanSpace Wall and the Powerbrace used for stabilization.

Crawl Space installation
Drainage matting is placed in the crawl space before the clean space is installed. During this time the crew discovered a broken water line. Repairs were made before moving forward with the rest of the installation.

Clean Space is installed on the walls and floors of the crawl space.

Seams are sealed and taped. The top of the Clean Space along the block walls are fastened and caulked to the wall.

The discharge line from the installed Super Sump in the basement is run through the area and outside.

Even in smaller spaces, the crew is able to thoroughly and effectively encapsulate the area removing moisture and water from the home.

Upon completion, we walk through the project with the homeowner. During the entire process, our crew and all support staff are dedicated to keeping the homeowner informed by answering any questions that may arise. Before we leave your home we will make sure you are satisfied with your installation.
