This home was built in 1988. It is built over a crawlspace that was experiencing major moisture issues. Not only did the crawlspace have water issues, but it was also having problems with stabilizing the ceilings. The home already had stabilizer posts, but they needed to be adjusted. Fortress Foundation Solutions also determined that the homeowner needed additional support. Fortress worked on two projects in this home’s crawlspace- one resolving the water issues and the other helping better stabilize the crawlspace’s ceilings.
