Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Stanley, VA Crawl Space Waterproofing

The crawl space of this home in Stanley had water coming in with rain, causing it to stay wet and musty. The homeowner reached out to Fortress Foundation Solutions to get this issue resolved. After having one of our System Designers out to assess this home, Fortress went out and installed a complete CleanSpace encapsulation, SilverGlo Wall Insulation, a SmartSump sump pump, and a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. These products will work together to keep this crawl space clean and dry!

A trench was dug out along the foundation walls in the crawl space, EZ Flow Pipe was installed to direct any water seepage to the SmartSump.

This picture shows one area of the completed crawl space. You can see how the crew installed the CleanSpace and SilverGlo Wall Insulation.

This photo shows the SmartSump sump pump. Any water will be channeled through the EZ Flow pipes that were installed to the SmartSump, and will then be pumped out of the home through an exterior discharge line.
