Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation - Lynchburg, VA
The homeowners in Lynchburg, VA called Fortress Foundation Solutions so come and look at the crawl space of this home. The homeowners had concerns of sagging floors through out the home along with some moisture issues in the crawl space. Our System Designer, Caleb Stone was able to provide a solution for the homeowners. Caleb suggested our Smart Jacks to help add support to the low areas on the floor. These jacks are installed in the crawl space. Caleb also recommended an encapsulation to keep the moisture and outside elements out of this area.

Smart Jacks
In this photo you can see the crew has installed the Smart Jacks to help support the low sagging spots in the floor.
Smart Jack Prep
This photo shows before the crew installed the Jack. They dig a hole that the Smart Jack will sit in and fill in around it with crushed stone.
Clean Space
This photo shows after the work is complete. The crew installed the clean space for a bright and clean look. The crew also installed our SilverGlo insulation to help keep the area regulated.
